THE TASTING: HOW IT WORKS

The tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a precious moment which involves all the senses.

We will take you on a journey to explore the origins of the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from its harvest to our pressing plant, until the final tasting of the finished product.

Through your senses you will be able to taste the texture, grasp the aromas, visualize the colours and perceive the nuances that shape our Oil.

1. OLFACTORY ANALYSIS

The olfactory analysis will allow you to identify the characteristic aromas of each oil through a guided tasting tutorial.

From fruity to herbaceous, each oil hides Its very own unique bouquet.

2. TASTE ANALYSIS

This is an unhurried moment of accurate tasting of the Oil to identify its many flavors.

Have you ever felt the pinch of Olive Oil?

3. VISUAL ANALYSIS

The tasting ends with a visual examination of the clearness, the density and the colour of the different varieties of the Oil we produce.

Parameters that may change regarding the type of oil, the processing and the age.
