Our paté is exclusively produced by selecting the best vintage Bosana olives, they are pressed and processed to obtain a sauce where salt, oil, cayenne and habanero and then vinegar is added. You get a gourmet product, natural, to be used to season pasta or especially to enhance bruschetta.
