THE OIL MILL
After being harvested in the groves, the olives are then processed in the Accademia Olearia modern production plant, spreading over an area of around 4,000 square metres, always within 24 hours of picking to guarantee their integrity and extraction capacity.

Over the years, the company has constantly invested in innovative production processes and today it can boast one of the most modern oil mill plants in Sardinia, fitted out with state-of-the-art extraction technology which preserves the raw material properties in order to obtain a top-quality organoleptic product.
